SBI Recruitment 2016-17 Apply Online (PO - 2200 Vacancies)

State Bank of India (SBI), Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, Mumbai issued Recruitment notification of Probationary Officer (PO) in SBI 2016-17. Online Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for appointment as Probationary Officers (POs) for filling up total 2200 Vacancies in SBI All Over India. The Online Registration start from 4th May 2016 and close on 24th May 2016.

Emoluments: the starting basic pay is ₹ 27,620/- (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of ₹ 23700-980/ 7-30560-1145/ 2-32850-1310/ 7-42020 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC / ST; 03 Years for OBC; PWD (SC/ST)  -15 Years; PWD (OBC) - 13 Years;  PWD (Gen) - 10 Years; Persons ordinarily domiciled of the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (and) Ex-Serviceman - 05 Years.

Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 31.08.2016):
(1) Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
(2) Final Year Graduate students can also Apply for SBI PO Recruitment 2016-17. If final years / semester candidates called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31/08/2016.
(3) Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.08.2016.
(4) Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) may also apply.

Selection Process: Preliminary Examination (100 marks), Main Examination (200 marks), Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks).

Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 600/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; ₹ 100/- (Intimation Charges Only) for SC / ST / PWD Category Candidates. The fee can be made through Online Payment Mode Only (by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/Internet Banking).

How to Apply: Eligible Graduate Candidates will be required to register themselves online through SBI Online Careers Portal on or before 24/05/2016.

Educational Qualifications (as on 30/06/2016):
For Junior Associates -> Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
For Junior Agricultural Associates -> Graduate (Degree) in Agriculture or Agriculture relevant discipline from a Government recognised university / Institute.
Note: Those who are in the final Semester/ year of Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview/joining, they will have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation Examination on or before 30/06/2016. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 30/06/2016.
Selection Process: Online Test (Preliminary and Main Examinations) and Interview.
Preliminary Examination: The Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:-

How to Apply: Eligible Indian Nationals can register their online application through SBI Online Portal from 05/04/2016 to 25/04/2016 (The last date  for online registration of application has been extended up to 28/04/2016). For any queries email to sbirect@ibpsorg.org.
SBI released reference notification, it has been decided to revise the list of official regional languages of some States wherein several official regional languages have been added. The revised list of official regional languages of the States concerned is available on the State Bank of India website. All candidates are hereby requested to register as per default language available on the on-line application within the stipulated time given for registration and no registration would take place after the last date.
